陈佑武
广州大学人权研究院执行院长，法学博士，兼任中国人权研究会常务理事、广州市法学会人权法学研究会会长。主要从事人权基础理论、人权法学与人权教育研究。发表人权专业论文50余篇，出版人权著作10余部，主持国家社科基金重点项目、教育部基地重大项目、广东省省级重大项目10余项。
Professor Chen Youwu
Executive Director of Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights, Ph.D in Law, Standing Council Member of China Society for Human Rights Studies, Chairman of Human Rights Law Branch of Guangzhou Law Society. Basic theory of human rights, human rights law and human rights education as his main fields of research. Published more than 50 articles on human rights, up to 10 books on human rights and presided over 10 research projects, among which include one key project supported by National Social Science Foundation, one major project by Humanity and Social Science Project of Ministry of Education and other key projects of Guangdong Provincial level.
杨松才

广州学者特聘教授。中山大学法学理论与法律实践研究中心研究员、中国政法大学法律实证研究中心研究员。广东法制盛邦律师事务所律执业律师。以人权法学、人权史为研究方向。在《法学研究》《政法论坛》《法律科学》《法学评论》《政法论丛》《人权研究》《南京大学法律评论》《人权》等法学期刊发表学术论文近50篇。出版人权专著5部。其中《现代中国人权论战》，获第六届中青年宪法学者优秀科研成果著作类三等奖。专著《人权史稿》，获第四届法律文化研究成果二等奖。编著《人权法治民主》，获法律出版社2013年度最突出影响十大好书之一。主持国家人权教育与培训基地重大项目、国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学规划项目等15个课题。

Published 5 books on human rights, including A Debate About Human Rights in Modern China: Human Rights Theory of Luo Longji, which has been granted the third prize in the Book Category of the Sixth Youth and Middle-aged Jurists Excellent Research Achievements, andHistorical Manuscript on Human Rights History, which has been granted the second prize of the Fourth Legal Culture Research Achievement, as well as the edited works Human Rights·Rule of Law·Democracy, listed among other nine books as the Ten Most Outstanding Influential Books of the Year 2013. 袁兵喜
法学博士，硕士研究生导师，广东同益律师事务所兼职律师，珠海市仲裁委员会仲裁员。1997年7月广西师范大学研究生毕业，获硕士学位；2008年6月武汉大学法学院研究生毕业，获博士学位。主要研究领域为宪法文化、人权基本理论。公开发表学术论文40余篇，出版专著1部，合著4部，主持国家及省部级等各类课题10余项。

肖世杰
法学博士，中国社科院法学研究所博士后，兼职律师（一级律师），广东省“千百十工程人才” 培养计划人选，中国反腐败司法中心研究员。近年来，肖世杰教授先后在湘潭大学、湖南省人民检察院（侦监一处、公诉一处）以及广州大学等单位工作或挂职。学术研究方面，曾在《法学研究》《法学家》《现代法学》等法学核心期刊发表学术论文30余篇，个人专著或合著近10部，主持国家和省部级各类课题10余项，科研成果多次获中央政法委、中国法学会、中共中央党校、广东省人民政府、湖南省人民政府、广州市人民政府嘉奖10多次。
Professor Xiao Shijie
Ph.D in Law, post doctorate of the Law Institute of CASS, part-time lawyer (first grade lawyer), Person Selected of the Guangdong Province Talent Training Plan Project, researcher of China Anti-Corruption Justice Center. In the past years, worked or temporarily practiced in the following organizations as Xiangtan University, Hunan Province People’s Procuratorates (1st Division of Investigation Supervision, 1st Division of Public Prosecution) and Guangzhou University. Published more than 30 articles in the academic journals, including those on CLSCI as Chinese Journal of Law, The Jurist and Modern Law Science. Nearly 10 books written or co-written. Project manager of over 10 research projects of state-level or provincial-level. Winner of more than 10 prizes granted respectively by the Political and Judiciary Commission under the Central Committee of CPC, China Law Society, Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Guangdong Provincial Government, Hunan Provincial Government and Guangzhou Municipal Government.

副研究员，法学博士、研究生导师。2002年—2008年就读于吉林大学法学院，获宪法学与行政法学硕士学位及法学理论博士学位。参与编写著作10余部，发表论文20余篇，主持国家社科规划重大招标项目子课题、中国人权研究会项目、广东省社科规划项目等各级课题近十项，并连续四年承担广州市人大常委会的立法后评估及法规清理工作，为广州市委市政府提供若干咨询报告并被采纳。多年来为硕士研究生、全校本科生及步云班讲授近十门法学课程。
Wang Huan

Written or edited over 10 books, and published more than 20 articles. Project manager of nearly 10 research projects respectively supported by National Social Science Foundation, China Society for Human Rights Studies, together with Guangdong Province Social Science Planning Projects. Expert successively appointed for four years by the Standing Committee of Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress to undertake the post-legislation evaluation and review task. Several advisory reports adopted by Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC and Guangzhou Municipal Government. Approximately 10 legal courses given to postgraduate and undergraduate students, as well as to students in Buyun Class established by the School of Law of Guangzhou University.

副教授，法学博士，硕士研究生导师，北京德和衡（广州）律师事务所执业律师，广州仲裁委员会仲裁员，2013,10—2017,11任意大利帕多瓦大学孔子学院中方院长，2018,12—现在任美国卫斯理安学院孔子学院中方院长，主要研究领域为国际经济法、国际商事仲裁、国际人权公约，出版专著1部，合译著作2部，参编著作5部，发表论文30余篇，主持和参与课题近10项。
LIU Huichun
Associate professor, Ph.D in law, postgraduate supervisor, lawyer of Beijing DHH (Guangzhou) Law Firm, arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. Took the position of the Chinese director in the Confucius Institute at the University of Padova, Italy from Oct 2013 to Nov 2017, and took the position of the Chinese director in the Confucius Institute at Wesleyan College, America from Dec 2018 to the present. Focusing on the research of the international economic law, international commercial arbitration law and international human rights conventions, published one book, co-translated two books, co-edited five books, and published 30 papers in academic journals. 舒韔
广州大学人权研究院办公室主任，讲师。2004年毕业于英国谢菲尔德大学，获法学硕士学位。主要负责与学校各个相关部门进行日常工作的对接，协助院领导开展对外交流、平台建设、科研能力提升等各方面的工作。擅长国际学术交流各种活动的英语口译和笔译。近年来，为法学院本科生、意大利帕多瓦大学交换生讲授《法学英语》、《国际法》、《港澳法概论》、《国际人权法》等课程。参与编写《东北亚中小学人权教育课程材料汇编》（英文，大阪人权信息中心出版，2014年）。
Shu Chang
Director of Office for General Affairs of Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights, Lecturer. LLM granted by University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. Daily work including communication with different departments within the University, facilitating the work of external academic exchange, construction of research platforms and research capabilities. Proficient in the usage of English in various international academic exchange activities. 尹航
先后从湖南大学、中山大学获得英语语言文学硕士和民商法学硕士，现在西南政法大学攻读商法学博士学位。有十多年的英语教学研究工作经历，对英语语言文化了解透彻，曾讲授国际商法和法律英语课程，参加过多项国家和省部级科研项目，发表多篇法学论文。近年来主要从事与财产权相关的人权研究。有较为开阔的学科视野，对英美法发展和现代商法有较为深刻的理解。对包括公司法、证券法和信托法等在内的商法学科有系统研究。现为广州市执业律师，主要执业领域为商事诉讼与非诉法律事务。能将教学理论研究与法律实践相结合，开展基于案例研究的课程教学。
Yin Hang
Graduated from Hunan University with a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics in 2000, a Master’s Degree in Civil Law from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2009, and a Ph.D in Commercial Law from SWUPL in 2017. Yin Hang has been devoted to English language teaching and research, legal study and practice for nearly 20 years, which helped contribute to a profound understanding of and insights into both the legal rule system and the language upon which the system is constructed. Yin Hang has a systematic research on such branches of commercial law as Company Law, Security Law and Trust Law, and has published a couple of professional research papers on legal topics and participated in national and provincial research projects.
毕颖茜
广州大学人权研究院专职研究人员。爱尔兰国立高威大学法学博士。曾多次参与国际国内重大科研课题。在两所国外院校法学院有全英文教授法学硕士及本科课程经历。组织参与国际会议十余次。同时，在包括欧洲犯罪学年会、人权机构联盟年会、国际毒品政策研究会等国外学术会议上多次做英文研究成果报告。主要研究方向：国际法，人权法，毒品政策。
Bi Yingxi
Received her PhD on International Law from National University of Ireland Galway. She had her LLM and LLB from Beijing Normal University of China. Dr. BI have involved in many international projects on human rights and drug policy. She had presented in several international conferences on international law, drug policy and criminology.
